Critical Control Points

Critical Control Points are where Quality Indicators (determined from the Specification) have to be checked at various points during the Stages of Production.

These are the points during production at which it makes sense to stop and check the quality of workmanship.
You choose the points where sufficient work has been done, a change in production techniques occur or where continuing with faulty work would cause problems.
